In particular, it makes use of instant messaging services to provide, among other things, support to specialized technicians responsible for the maintenance of coffee machines produced and sold by the company to various customers. This Social Media Policy defines the rules of conduct to be observed on La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media channels.

Any social media or instant messaging profiles other than those listed above, even if referring to La Spaziale S.p.A., are not attributable to it. La Spaziale S.p.A. is not responsible for any additional accounts referring to it, even if they contain similar images or logos that may cause confusion among users.
Content
Through its social media channels, La Spaziale S.p.A. promotes and advertises its products, communicates relevant news, and supports and showcases national and international initiati- ves and events in which the company participates.
In general, the social media channels serve primarily an informational purpose and are not dedicated to direct customer support; therefore, direct responses to private messages are not guaranteed
The only exception is the private messaging channel of Facebook Messenger, which is used to provide assistance to Italian specialized technicians who handle the installation and maintenance of La Spaziale S.p.A. coffee machines sold to various customers. In such cases, but only for users identified as qualified Italian expert technicians, La Spaziale S.p.A. commits to responding according to the reported inquiry or issue.
On La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media accounts, users may share and comment on published content, provided they adhere to the rules established in this Social Media Policy.
Comments under posts or videos on La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media represent the opinion of individual users and not that of La Spaziale S.p.A., which cannot be held responsible for content published by third parties.
No prior moderation of content is implemented; therefore, users interacting-either publicly or privately-with La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media channels must express their opinions with courtesy, respect, and appropriateness, using relevant and appropriate language.

References to facts or de- tails that lack public relevance and infringe upon the personal sphere of third parties must be avoided. c) Any form of advertising, spam, or promotion of private interests or lawful/illegal activities is prohibited. d) Content that violates copyright law or involves unauthorized or improper use of registered trademarks is not allowed.
La Spaziale S.p.A. reserves the right to remove content that violates this Social Media Policy or any applicable law and, if necessary, to block the responsible user, reporting them to the plat- form when appropriate. Additionally, La Spaziale S.p.A. reserves the right to report the re- sponsible user to the relevant authorities in case of violations.
Any advertisements appearing alongside La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media pages are managed independently by the respective platform administrators and are not controlled by La Spaziale S.p.A.
Personal data protection
The processing of users’ personal data complies with the policies adopted by the respective platforms. Any personal or sensitive data inserted in comments or public posts within La Spaziale S.p.A.’s social media channels may be removed.
Personal data shared by users through private messages sent directly to the social media account managers will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy available on La Spaziale S.p.A.’s website.
